Corporate yoga and meditation sessions are designed for companies (or small groups) that are looking to help their employees or members obtain balance in their lives. Some gentle, seated yoga movement and breath work may also be added depending on the company's employees' goals.
I understand that establishing a practice of meditation is a goal that many people have, but struggle to achieve. I know how frustrating and difficult it can be to quiet the constant chatter of our minds and it is my passion to help others gain the tools to achieve this worthy goal of adding meditation to their lives.

30 MINUTE SIMPLE MOVEMENT SESSION
This session focuses on seated and standing poses, breath work, and meditation to relax the mind and body. No need to change clothes and no equipment required. This session can be done in any space including using desks and chairs.
30 or 50 MINUTE MEETING ROOM SESSION
This session focuses primarily on seated poses, breath work and guided meditation called Yoga Nidra to relax the mind and body. No need to change clothes and no equipment required. This class can be done in any space and can use conference table and chairs.
30 MINUTE MEDITATION SESSION

These guided meditations, called Yoga Nidra, have proven to reduce stress and anxiety. Only equipment needed is an open mind.
50 MINUTE TRADITIONAL YOGA SESSION
This 50 minute yoga session is specifically designed for your employees. This session can include traditional poses, breath work and meditation depending on your goals. We can bring the equipment including mats, blankets, blocks and straps.
All of these sessions are specifically customized for your employees and your corporate goal so if you don't see a session that meets your needs - let us know and we can create one specifically for you!
